The base Coat creates a foundation for the coating to absorb the movement. Fiberglass Mesh Installation: Fiberglass Mesh has excellent properties including water resistance, flexibility, softness, and resistance to aging. Fiberglass Mesh will be embedded into the first coat of Roofguard while still wet to achieve the best results and it helps the additional protection to the surface. Intermediate Coat Application: A second full coat of Jotun Roofguard will be applied on top of the Fiberglass Mesh to strengthen the coating system and add additional protection to the waterproofing. Topcoat Application: As the name suggests, it’s a top-level of the system. It comes with many properties like Anti Abrasive, UV stable, Anti-Static, and Solar Reflective. Postwork and Restoration: After the application of the Roofguard Waterproofing, the restoration process will be done once the surface will be dry. All the waste and other garbage materials will be disposed of as per the Dubai Municipality requirements.
